I got my groomsmen Louisville Sluggers with their signature on them. If you get their signature on paper and send it to LS they will burn into the bat. It seemed to be a hit.

I got mine tickets to a Bruins game. It was a blast, even though the Bruins stunk 6 years ago too.

I got my groomsmen custom tailored dress shirts as part of the suits for the wedding, but definitely wearable with any suit. I also got them matching wristwatches.

Nice cigars?

Only good if you're going to smoke them right away, or if they are all regular cigar smokers with humidors.

The groomsmen got jerseys in one of the weddings I was in. Most everyone got Eagles jerseys. I got a Jordan rookie jersey. If I got an Eagles jersey, I probably would have worn it. Instead, I framed the Jordan jersey. Loved the gift. He gave them out at the rehearsal dinner and it looked like we all got drafted. Good times.

Last year we all got tickets to an Eagles game. Tailgating beforehand, smoking cigars, drinking... great times.

Second the jersey idea, esp. if you get each guy one of his favorite team w/ his name on it. I really like the Louisville Slugger idea, though, and may use that for my wedding (whenever the hell that is).

I really hope I'm in a lot of weddings. This is all junk that is completely awesome but I would never think of buying for myself.

Different gifts are def ok.

I was in a wedding where one of the groomsmen got a wooden chess board w/ glass pieces where the pieces were all shot glasses. When you take a piece, the loser has to take his shot. We all thought it was the best gift of the bunch. We all also drink alot.

FWIW I got a nice pocketknife that I've never used, but I don't hold it against the groom.

Another one I was in the groom got us all "cooking with beer" and "advanced grilling" cookbooks. I thought that was pretty funny.

These guys are 27-31 so that means jerseys are pretty gay.
