lol. What do the Astros have to do with the "Double-A" Devil Rays?

If there is a DRays thread, there needs to be a Rockies, Mariners, and Royals thread.

Grew up in St. Louis, saw them win a World Series in my lifetime that I actually remember (born in 1977, so 1982 doesn't count).

I've lived in Tampa for almost six years now.. count me in!

Trolling? My first post in this thread was a legitimate question about Cantu...and I'm disappointed you didn't have any input, being Mr. Devil Ray and all. If you are going to start a thread about a lame team, at least you could educate "the outsiders".

Your 2nd post was pretty uncalled for.

1. DRays Organization sucks.
2. Cantu is horrible at defense.
3. He had really good 04 and 05 seasonsm, but struggled last year with injuries and poor performance.


I still think he's a productive hitter, even could be a plus if he has to play 1B or DH(Though Gomes is better). He's a no walk all power guy though(ML splits of .275/.310/.459 - numbers look bad mainly because of his awful 2006), so when he's slumping he will kill your team.
