How can I beat laziness?

So, I'm a lazy [censored]. I don't really ever want to do anything but sleep and watch tv. How can I get off my lazy ass every now and then?

There's a good thread called 'Do It Now' in MMB I think.

However, if they could sell this in pill form, I would probably buy it.
