What is the laptop model? I'd google that to find the hardware, then google for drivers for that hardware.

Just go to www.dell.com and click support. Then select your model and it will list all the OEM drivers for your laptop.

Ok well the laptop is a Inspiron 5160. I really don't know what to do. Do I put all the drivers on 1 CD?

Here are the things that need to be fixed I think when I go into device manager:

-Ethernet Controller
-Ethernet Controller
-Multimedia Audio Controller
-PCI Modem
-Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

Put them all on a USB stick or a CD. Most of them are executables that will run and install themselves.
