Default What is the best sportsbook for MLB?

Which sportsbooks have the best MLB lines along with decent custoemr service, good bonuses, and GREAT EASY payouts? I dont want to have to roll my money over 100 times to collect, nor do I want to have to call between 9AM and noon on a Wed if I want to collect

For Americans I think the best are matchbook and 5 dimes. If you bet overnight you definitely want 5dimes.

noobish 5dimes sportsbook question - with all the problems getting money off of sportsbook.com, im thinking of opening an account at 5dimes.
im a US resident.

a few questions:
1) are there any signup bonuses i should get?
2) should i get a referal - is there money involved in that?
3) deposit options for US residents?
4) withdraw options? how fast are withdraws processed?

any other info i need to know?
thanks and i appreciate anyone who can answer these noobish questions for me.

there weren't any signup bonuses I don't think. if there's a referral bonus then pm me before you sign up and i'll give you my acct number and split anything 50/50. as for deposits, they have ewalletxpress or something like that, which draws from your checking account like a check. i haven't tried withdrawals yet but i trust any book that gets that good of a rating from SBR. hope i helped.
