orphan pot, flop a flush, river action?
no hand history.
in previous hand i found that villain will limp call a pfr with J3s and draw oop on two streats to hit flush on river. he has also done some suspicious heavy bets at wierd times, but i wasn't involved in those hands, and i can't say that villain didn't have a hand, although i want to reiterate that they were deffinately suspicious plays. 100bb stacks hero in bb with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] villain limps, mp overlimps, folded to sb who completes, i check flop pot is ~$2 K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] sb checks, hero bets $3 Villain Calls, everyone else folds Turn pot ~ $8 Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] hits Hero bets $9 villain Calls River pot is $26 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] hits. Action on hero... Bet size? and what does hero do if raised |

Re: orphan pot, flop a flush, river action?
Is it crazy to think about checking to induce a bluff? Not sure if I'd just call or if I'd raise - probably raise if this guy is as bad as you think he is - but I don't know if you're going to get called by a whole lot, like a QxX[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or something.
