Live 3/6 KJo
Game is typical live 3/6, full table.
Two limpers to me and I limp from MP with KJo. Couple limpers behind plus blinds make 7 to the flop. Flop K 4 Q rainbow BB bets out, gets one caller and I raise, folded back to BB who re-raises, it's folded to me, I call. Heads up to the turn. Turn (K 4 Q) 2 He bets, I call. River (K 4 Q 2) 9 He bets, I call. |

Re: Live 3/6 KJo
KJo is a hand that gives me trouble at times. Same with JQo
In this case, any reads on the BB yet? With no reads as played seems fine. I think you may be ahead here. |

Re: Live 3/6 KJo
very typical hand, just mental note what he turns over so you can make a solid decision next time. prolly 2 pair though since he was bb.

Re: Live 3/6 KJo
I had a very similar hand as this with KJ, hit a K on the flop I raised an EP bettor got 3-bet and I called. When the person bet out on the turn I folded. I'd been playing with this person for awhile so it was very likely that she had at least TPTK. I think its pretty read-dependent but I say either fold the turn or call to showdown.

either fold the turn or call to showdown. [/ QUOTE ] This is 100% correct IMO. We're either calling down or just folding the turn UI. I don't mind either line, and I think it's very player dependent, but calling the turn and folding the river UI would make me puke. |
