Default River bluff, is this spew?

Villain is 38/21/1.58 after 30 hands.
I recently doubled up and showed down AA at the river.

No limit Hold'em (5 handed)
Big Blind $1

Villain has ($116.08), I cover.

Preflop : Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="red"> Hero raises to $4 </font>, 3 fold, BB calls.

Flop ($8.50) is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB checks, <font color="red"> Hero bets $6.50 </font>, BB calls.

Turn ($21.50) is Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
BB checks, Hero checks.

River ($21.50) is K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="red"> BB bets $10 </font>, <font color="red"> Hero makes it $30 </font>.

Looks like ace-rag betting, I dont mind it that much however I fold most of the time cause this pot is pretty small still.

I just fold. The "wake-up on river" bluffs tend not to work.
