Add Funds withdrawal option at AP. April Fool's joke or legit?

This is the first time I have seen this option. Has anyone actually used this feature to withdraw funds to their bank account? If so, trip report please.

If a poker site uses today to make an April Fools Joke based on a withdrawal method, they are effectively giving up on existing next week.
