Default Good TV repair service in NYC?

I have a Samsung HLM5065 DLP television. I have owned it for about 3 years.

Recently, it has developed a problem, and the current repair guy I have can't seem to figure out how to fix it.

Basically, you turn on the TV, and everything is fine for about 30-60 minutes. After this period of time, the image begins to flicker badly. Basically I'm getting white splotches on and off all over the TV, almost like a strobe light type of effect.

It isn't a problem with cable, because it happens on my DVDs as well. It's clearly the TV that is malfunctioning.

I had the guy over I have used in the past, and he told me it was the digital board. He replaced it, and was about to charge me $725, but then the problem started up again.

Obviously, this is not something I can tolerate, and I need to get this taken care of ASAP. Does anyone (a) have any experience with this sort of problem, and (B) have a top notch repair guy/company in NYC that makes house calls?

Any help would be appreciated.
