Default Flop my set- Have a bad feeling

Anyone play this differently? Thought about dumping it on the turn/
Villain is 13/8/3 over 70 hands.

About the only thing he might play this way that I beat is A-Q, is it really that likely that someone as tight as this guy seems played A-Q this way?

I agree. I think with this flop you could have represented a "big draw" and made a suspiciously large raise. AA/KK would probably give you action.

As played, I probably would have pushed the turn and expected AQ to call and AsKs to probalby call too.

I try not to get too worked up about set over set.

And if your read was to lay down your set either on the turn or the river, there is nothing wrong with going with your read when you have one as long as you don't get a "read" so often that you're seeing monsters under the bed and folding winners too often.
