Default Best Detroit Poker Room?

Looking for the best Detroit casino for 3/6 or 5/10 Limit (Greektown, Motor City, etc.). Mainly looking to see who has a fair rake structure and secondly game availability during the week. Thanks.

Greektown usually has a few tables of 3-6. 5-10 is very rare. Rake is 10% up to 5 plus 1 for the bad beat. But lots of fish.

I don't live there, was there in December. Then, it was 10% up to $5 at Greektown and 10% up to $6 at Motor City.

Both have plentiful 3/6 tables. Motor City seemed to have 5/10 more regularly than Greektown when I was there.

3/6 is like the beginners' game there (I overheard someone ask what a good game for starters would be, and the floor pointed them to 3/6 limit game rather than the awful 50-100 NL game). Mounds of white chips flying, and a good amount of beer flowing. At least that's what it looks like to me from the 300NL table...

I played at Motor City last night. It was a Friday night, and I was at a 200NL table for 11 hours with a bunch of regulars. They weren't great, but it wasn't a super fishy game. No beer, pretty tight. Couple of Friday-nighters came and dropped their stacks, couple of hit-n-run'ers. Boring as hell.

The border crossing is hell, but its worth it to play somewhere nicer than Detroit.
