($5.50) TT in SB facing a raise
Villain is fairly average - I put him on something like 44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+.
PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t150 (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com UTG (t5555) CO (t1920) Button (t2870) Hero (t1245) BB (t1910) Preflop: Hero is in SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] UTG folds, CO raises to t600, Button folds, Hero??? What would you do here? Also, I'm new to SNGPT. Knowing that I probably don't have much fold equity, am I able to put in his range as a push, and calculate the range I should call with, and use that as a push range? |

Yeah, you're kind of desperate for chips here, this may be the best spot you will see.

I push here, he's probably raising with quite a few hands and you need chips. You're only afraid of 4 hands, I'd put it in here even if I knew he had AK.

Under 10BB at 75/150 I'm always getting it in with 10s without some unusual circumstance like multiple all ins in front.

All-in! Alternatively call and push on the flop, but I think all in is best.

[/ QUOTE ] I wouldn't suggest a stop-n-go, you are investing your whole stack 100% of the time no matter what scare cards may flop, while that could give the villain the option of dumping a missed AK hand or something similar. Usually you won't see a fold regardless for only 600 more but it only hurts us. |
