65 flop srtraight
Sorry I don't have the Hand History here. blinds 25/50 my stack 1380 before posting BB. other stacks 2000ish. I'm BB.
My hand: 65off Early position min-raises to 100. One late position caller. Small Blind folds. I call. Pot 325. Flop 234 two hearts. I bet 200. Early position calls, other guy folds. Turn 4 hearts. What is my play? And was my original bet too small? And would you call the pre-flop raise? I have 1080 left. He has me covered by at least 500. |

Re: 65 flop srtraight
I wouldve folded pf. I also wouldve bet a little more on the flop, like ~250. You can go ahead and push the turn too I think. If he has an overpair, he'll call. He might even call with the bare A or K of hearts as well.

Re: 65 flop srtraight
looks like a pretty easy pf fold. I would bet 250 on the flop and get it in on the turn, im really not afraid of the flush at this point

Re: 65 flop srtraight
I'm never folding this pf, getting better then 5:1. Minraises mean a big hand often times so implied odds are huge. As played lead the flop, shove the turn.

[/ QUOTE ] I also wouldn't fold this preflop, easy hand to play postflop and you're getting good pot odds and great implied odds. I also lead flop, shove turn. |

Re: 65 flop srtraight
thanks guys, it turned out that I bet the turn 500 and then called when he shoved. He showed a flush and I lost my chips. I know I can't really get away from it after the flop, but I guess I needed some feedback about the other bits. Looks like the jury is still out about pre-flop, and I could've bet the flop harder. Thanks a lot for the feedback.
