Yeah, I've noticed it HEK. Just sent this email to FTP:

Hello,

Thank you for the new table resizing software.

However, a large number of us are experiencing some lag problems. Here is a 2+2 thread for review:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...;gonew=1#UNREAD

Personally, I've got a dual core CPU with 1Gb RAM and I'm having a few lag issues. Has this problem been realised and can it be fixed in anyway either at your end or at our end as players.

Whilst we're on speed of software - don't get me wrong but I love FTP. I think it's by far the best site on the web. No questions ask. However, one or two other sites are significantly faster regarding the dealing of cards, mucking cards, and shipping chips. I'm sure you've been asked about this a hundred times but is this constantly being worked on? What are the reasons it's slower?

Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Wow this lag problem is really annoying me. Someone should suggest to FTP that they make a light version for those of us that don't need to resize tables. They are going to lose a lot of players if they dont fix this issue.

With that kind of volume I'm surprised you aren't at Stars already... 27% <<< SNE, although maybe a bit late in the year for that now, maybe not. Stars software is easily the best in the business (although a bitch to script for), account security is above par, and support is legendary. Also the player pool is larger.

As a Stars player, I am genuinely curious...what makes you choose FTP over Stars?

dave.
