Nazgul seems like a solid player, I havent played much against him on this account. However few hours before this we played little headsup(before i hit n run!!) and he did this exactly same play with air and then gave up on river. He has only $270 left after the turn bet.

Can I find fold here or should I have shoved the flop?

I can't see how you can fold this. Sets and one of the straights should be reraised preflop. And I like shoving flop.

I'd shove flop in most cases avoid 9/A turn pushes, as played overshove turn.

I am not folding here. I can see why you chose to just call flop, with the intention of letting him hang himself, but then we have to get it in on a safe turn. Standard would be shoving flop, but against an aggressive player, I don't mind this.
