Live 1-2 game at Turning Stone. Hero picks up KJs in BB, and UTG+1 or MP1 makes it 8. Five callers, including CO, Button, and SB. I call as well.

Flop is KT4 rainbow. Now in this spot I usually play my hand slow. KT, KQ, QJ, 44, and more are all reasonable hands here, and I'm reluctant to start building this pot w/ marginal holdings OOP. I check. Raiser makes it 12-15, and everyone except SB calls. I call as well since I'm not quite rdy to give this one up.

Turn is a J. Sweet, now I'm killing any K, KT, JT, etc. Still somewhat wary of the set of 4's, and a gutshot got there, but this looks like a fine time to c/r.

So i check. The original raiser also checks, and MP2 makes it 20. Button calls and I raise to 65. What do you think?

No real reads, but my image is taggy. I've showed down aces and kings within the hour, and have been playing well. Oh and my effective stack = $300.

Raise more. Pot is at least $168 when it gets to you and $233 after your raise and each player is only going to have to pay $45 for the next card. I'd make it like $120 or so. There are a lot of cards out there that are really bad for you, namely aces, queens, and 9s.

Raise at least $100, pot is big and you don't want to give somebody cheap chance to bust you. Reading this post I'm reminded just how much I LOVE live games
