Default To 2+2 who have been able to move up

I have averaged 1.76bb/100 hands over 80,000 of 3-6 and 1.29bb/100 over 50,000 hands of 5-10 with a SD of 12 at 3-6 and 14 at 5-10. Don't think I have been running out of norm, I.e. won % of flop seen 38% for 3-6 and 37 for 5-10 won $ at SD 54% for both games, I'm going to showdown about 32%.
Am I overestimating if I think I should be able to make 1bb/100 in 10-20 or 0.75bb/100 at 20-40?

No love for the 15/30?

Well, it looks like you're a solid player at those limits. But, I don't think you can really say an X BB/100 winner at 3/6, 5/10 is equivalent to a Y BB/100 winner at 10/20, 20/40.

Rather, I think your question should be more along the lines of the possibility of your survival at those limits. This including the question of whether or not you're a winning player, and if not, can you learn enough to become one, hopefully quickly. I don't see why you shouldn't do ok, as long as you're able to adapt to the new game texture. Moving from 5/10 to 20/40 is a bit of a jump, though, and I'd probably suggest taking a shot at the 10/20 first.

maybe play some 6-max for a while to improve your positional play and blind stealing/defense.

give it a shot, you've been playing enough hands to have the roll. and you can always move back down (I have, twice)

Give it a try but i think it would be hard to win while going to showdown only 32%. Players on 20 are a lot more agro then anybody you've played with on 5-10 so your showdown % will probably go down even lower.

This is good advice and will also help you get more used to the larger dollar swings you experience at higher limits.

Excellent point. But don't you think a lot more pots would be contested HU in 20?, so there would be more times where it "would make sense" to take A high and third pair to showdown, which would bring my going to showdown % up. I.e I will probably take 77 to showdown on a Q 9 5 5 3 board HU, but not in a 3 way pot. I understand that one's SD would increase, but I would be surprised if it was any higher than 16. Also I think Bicyclekick posted sometime ago that he was about 55% in winning showdowns, so I'm not convinced my winning showdown % will go down.
