I'm sure you are aware that you need to pick up from the table in order to be credited for the pts for cash promo. That is all I was doing.

If you guys play 1-2 Limit Holdem, I am pretty certain you guys know who I am. i play 8-9 Tables.

I actually do play many hours per week. I've been doing this since last summer. And never did I have a problem when I wanted to cash out.

The bottom line is, that I am not a bot and I just play alot of tables + hours. The fact that they just take my last cashout and process it as "bonus abuse" is just not right.

"just not right" is not strong enough. they are stealing from you. if you actually made over 100% rakeback (which i doubt at 1/2 limit), they should just send you an email telling you that you can no longer participate in points for cash. taking back money that you earned by following their rules is theft. even party would have eventually given the money back after thinking about it a week. i guess ub support is even worse than party. hell, even party has a phone number, so that you can call and get a "quick" resolution.

that's what i meant, it's downright theft. I'm beyond that, and I can't believe what is actually happening because it is so ridiculous. I don't even know where to go from here. I sent them an email just to get this in response...

With all the recent posts about players having funds confiscated at UB for "bonus abuse," I've decided it makes no sense to risk playing there.

This worries me as UB is also my homesite. Why aren't we seeing the same horror stories with Absolute considering their owned by the same people? I find this odd. Would it be a bad idea to move my play to Absolute?

I just cashed out about a grand from the site because I don't want scammers with my money. I only ever play with an active bonus so I'm sure they'll steal my money too.

As mentioned, link them to this thread and ask for an explanation of why they closed your account. Apparently they feel you're using a bot. Do you mind posting a PT screenshot of your hourly/MT ratio?
