Fraud or real... AP and UB

I made a cashout request of my entire bankroll at UB and I get a mail from AP security department to send them personal documents if I want to get paid.

The funny part is I already sent those documents to UB security department AND got certified already.

Have already mailed them several times for an explanation and no answer. Didnt expect it ofc.

Anyone know what the hell is going on with UB?
