Decent 15/30 in Vegas?
Coming to Vegas this weekend, looking for a good 15/30 game. Any suggestions?
Thanks |

Played the 15/30 at bellagio this weekend and it was softer than most 4/8 games I've played

there's a decent thread (I believe in nvg) about the state of mid limit in vegas. I hope the game is good when we go visit.

Re: Decent 15/30 in Vegas?
The thread is in B&M
I'll be in Vegas for end of April and would also like some feedback on this question. Any additional comments on 9/18 or 8/16 would be appreciated. I'm playing 10/20 in my local cardroom currently and don't mind stepping up in limits for vacation/fun/take a shot purposes. OP - maybe move this thread (or cross post it) to B&M - you may get more feedback than in a strategy forum. |

Re: Decent 15/30 in Vegas?
hmm I can't think of a 9/18 room in vegas. I think red rock and the Wynn are good for the 8/16. 15/30 at the bellagio played a lot like the 8/16 at the wynn when I went. But it sounds like California is where it's at for mid limit.

The 8/16 @ Bellagio is way better than the Wynn, but they use 5 and 1 dollar chips rather than 2 dollar chips, which is really annoying.

But I've also hear that the 15/30 games were softer than the 8/16. This was definately the case when I was playing the 15/30 at Wynn while my wife was at the 8/16 game a few months ago. Wynn actually has somewhat legitimate meal comps to poker players. I played 30/60 for two full days at Bellagio to get a "discount ticket" for the buffet. |

Re: Decent 15/30 in Vegas?
The Wynn is way better for comfort, staff, but the games at Bellagio are always better. I havent been in a few months so things could have changed, but the Wynn at one point was a local haunt which=nits galore.
