First time posting hand.
UTG took down the blinds in previous hand with 3xBB raise. Now he limps. I haven't seen him limp before. SB completes a lot in this position. Should I be pushing in this spot? PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 with t25 antes (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com UTG (t2105) CO (t3355) Button (t5110) SB (t2020) Hero (t1415) Preflop: Hero is in BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG calls t200, CO folds, Button folds, SB calls t100, Hero ??? |

Just check and evaluate on flop, I don't like shoving A2 with the limper, SB isn't much of an issue though you could usually shove over his blind completion if there wasn't a limper.

the limper is what would entice me to make this shove...and I probably would.

A2 isnt good here, you will often get called and be dominated by Ax or at best a 60/40 vs a hand like KQ/KJ. typically i reserve bb shoving hands a tad deeper and more limpers. For example, at t100 if 4 ppl limp and i have 1600 and am in the bb with A8s, ill probably shove. spots like this are too sketchy for it and your hand is too speculative. your also not that short stacked.

shove is real bad here. utg should pretty much never be limping here. if hes decent, his range beats a2 real bad
