usually through the fly, but sometimes if i'm wearing a button shirt with a tee shirt under it becomes too many layers to go through (shirt shirt boxers) and then i get frustrated when i can't get to it fast enough and it goes over the top

variance: sometimes with shorts i'll pull the leg up a little and let it hang out the bottom.

ok to clarify, I dont really go over the top either, but I unbutton. I go through the fly area but the way it sounded to me was through the fly meant you kept the button buttoned which i dont like.
