I'm gonna toss in a vote for "Gangster of Love" as well

I would also nominate "Treat Her Like a Prostitute" by Slick Rick, and several David Allan Coe songs (though there's always a chance they might actually like the racist tunes of his).

Anti-Nowhere League - 'So What' (covered by Metallica, but the original seventies punk version is rawer).

"I lit your baby on fire" or any other songs by Anal [censored]. Although I doubt my grandparents would be able to make out much (if any) of the lyrics.

Censored word rhymes with "punt".

Squeeze Me Macaroni by Mr. Bungle

That's not even the worst one. Girls of Porn

F Tha Police - N.W.A.
Pop That P*** - 2 Live Crew
Goodbye Cruel World - Pink Floyd

Three songs any grandparent can understand.

Cannibal Corpse is impossible to follow unless you give them a cheat sheet.

The original 99 Problems would be pretty good too.

Eazy E - Gimme that Nut (or other rap songs listed above)

NIN - Close, et. al.

Pantera - Effing Hostile

Many songs fit this bill. Essentially anything offensive.
