Default $100NL. ATo in 3-bet Pot.

The hand isn't converted, but I did my best to make it readable.

Reads-

CO is 18/16/4 over 190 hands or so. I have 3-bet him a few times and he has folded everytime.

UTG is 60/14/0.61 over 150 hands. No history.

Seat 1 is the button
Total number of players : 6
Seat 4: UTG( $ 144.32 USD )
Seat 1: Hero- BTN( $ 150.08 USD )
Seat 6: CO( $ 98.50 USD )
Seat 3: BB( $ 86.44 USD )
Seat 5: MP( $ 102.90 USD )
Seat 2: SB( $ 104.50 USD )

Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Preflop:
UTG limps. 1 fold. CO raises to $5. Hero raises to $15. 2 folds. UTG cold calls. CO folds.

Flop ($36.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]:
UTG bets $9. Hero?!!??!

So. PF is standard I assume?!!? Feel free to comment about PF though. So, what do I do now that he leads into me. What is our plan for future streets? Thanks in advance.

I think i raise this flop to $40. If he pushes or bets turn/river after you raise flop your almost definately beat.

I dont like calling him down because we will lose more money when we are beat, or possibly cause us to fold the best hand.

I don't preflop 3bet to be honest. As played though, I raise the $9 bet and take it from there...quite possibly checking behind alot of turn cards for pot control.

Oh and PF is meh. I'd probably 3-bet him if i hadnt been 3-betting alot, but like you said, you'd 3 bet him several times and hes folded. You definately dont want him calling your 3-bet w/ a better A.

If you're checking behind on the turn for pot control,

calling this flop bet seems better then raising.

I might make a very small raise on the flop, shut down if CO calls/raises us, and aim to take a showdown for cheap against UTG. Raise to like $25, check behind on the turn if he calls.

FWIW, I'd do the same with AA/KK/AK and your hand looks stronger than it is which should get stuff like AQ/AJ to fold or most likely call and check it down.

If I've been 3-betting a lot I just fold pre-flop.

Given the action, and the fact that UTG looks to be an idiot, I think I call the flop. You're getting a great price, the flop is dry, so not much you need to protect against.

Oh woops, misread the HH obv.

I'd still raise the flop very small as a means of controlling the pot size.

I didn't notice how small the donk bet was,

I agree, raising the flop is probably the best way to go,
then shut down if called.
