I ordered a poker table from them. After the advised four weeks wait, it had not been delivered so I wrote back, they told me to wait another two weeks. I did so, wrote to them again and they credited the points back in to my account immediately. As you are in America, maybe they can just send you a cheque for the balance once it has been converted?
