Gotta bet here I think.

Unless villain can be counted on to bluff scary rivers at a high frequency, his calling range for a small bet ($45?) is >>> than his betting range when checked to. Also, most everything that bets the river (9x, flushes) is going to push if you bet, excepts bluffs and maybe 4x.

I'd target a hand like AQ or A7, lead out for 72

I think this is better than shoving. If the board wasn't 4-straight I shove this every day of the week.

There's no way someone with 2 pair, TPTK or even a set is calling $72, but would fold to $115.

Shoving helps to foster a FOS image, which is always profitable.

I like ~50-60 from a psychological standpoint and to give him a fair price on the call - I think he can get away from other stuff if you push. Def an interesting spot. I think he calls a slightly smaller bet more often than he does a value shove.

Although he could easily the straight which talk themselve into calling a poosh.
