I'd personally want to raise to about 3-4 x BB (maybe 700). Gives you a good price if BB goes all in, and your stack is big enough to put a dent in all remaining players' stacks, so you can be pretty sure what a call or reraise means.

At that point, you're getting 1.6-1 on your money (not fantastic), and someone who is not nescissarily desperate has just popped it all in. You're at best a coinflip, potentially crushed. I would fold, you still have ~3000 to get all in in a better spot, unless you have a good read on him.
