Poker sites must help to use "skill" defense

The skill defense has been discussed frequently. This is not about that. If this is the approach then the poker sites are set up to hurt this issue.
A lot of sites have black jack and prop bets. They of course encourage the use of these. These non poker bets are being used by poker players.

I thought it would be worth discussing the following:
Should something be done by the sites?
Do they care?
Will it affect the fight?
