2-5 Hand from C. Palace
I found myself with some time so I played a little 2-5 NL on Sunday when this hand came up. Game was very lively and I looked down at AKo in the cutoff with 500 behind.
A laggy player raised UTG to 30. He had about the same as me. Folded to me in the cutoff, I smooth call. We take the flop heads up. The flop comes A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG leads out for 60 and I call. The turn comes the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG checks and I check. The river brings the K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG leads out for 75 and I raise to 150. Thoughts? Re: 2-5 Hand From C. Palace
pot is pf(60)+flop(120)+river(75)= 255
i think if you raise pot you might blow him off, so make it an even 250 (call shove obv) |

Re: 2-5 Hand From C. Palace
i would bet the turn.. b/c ur call on this dry flop pretty much says u have an ace so slowplaying is bad here and u will get more value out of a weaker ace this way and maybe even play for stacks. as played i like raising the river to 250
