I'd fold in a heartbeat. Unless I'm not understanding something you're considering risking 1900 more of your 3500 chips with 2 big stackers already calling?

I'd say chances of you pushing on the flop w/o either big stackers calling are minimal. So you better catch something.

I muck this faster than you can shake a stick. ATs fares to do aweful four handed against even pretty loose ranges.

Seriously, you should be running stove in hands like this AT is a hand that is dominated easily, and with three other hands, you are HIGHLY likely to be dominated. Against most reasonable ranges 4 ways ATs has like 20-21% equity.

You are really going to be risking your whole stack here, 3400 into what will be a 13600 pot (2500 shove, 900 antes, and the two guys that cover you will prolly be felting you), so you are expected to return 27-2800 ish from your 3400. Bad bad bad. ATs is garbage multiways, seriously. Unless you have huge implied odds to get 10 or 20 times what you put in when you mine the flush.

i would fold this too, chances are someone has a bigger A, which means you're in real bad shape where the only boards that are going to help will one's with two Ts or your flush. Find a better spot to get it in. AT isn't it with 3 already in.

Ok, thanks. Clearly based on the responses, it seems I was too obsessed with the price I was getting and the escalation of the blinds and antes.

For me the thing to keep in mind is you don't have near enough chips to push the big stacks off anything. So you have enough chips to do one of two things..... push or fold.

FWIW, if you do decide to call, you have to push it all in. The question is, do you feel like taking a gamble for a bigger stack since you basically quadruple up. You dont have the kind of stack right now that you can just fold getting a great price like that, and there are actually times when you are still way ahead. You have an M of about 6, I can see a very good argument for a push and gamble for a lot of chips. Reads as to how everyone was playing would be helpful too. I dont mind either play, folding or pushing is fine.

Ordinarily, I'm not even sure what type of price I need to play a hand like A10s 4-way, but here I thought the blinds, my stack size, and the opportunity to quadruple up warranted consideration. I also thought since I had no fold equity, if I just called and caught nothing on the flop, I would fold and limp a few hands until the blinds increased and the antes kicked in. If something good happened then, I could double up and pick up the antes as well. Maybe this plan was overly optimistic but my situation was borderline skanky.

WTF Instacall. Folding here is so bad you have sick odds. You only have like 3bbs after posting and your hand is way better than most.

This is where your thinking went wrong. Limping is bad with a short stack, very very bad. You either push or fold, there is no limp. Calling of half your stack is the other problem, if you do that, you might as well stick the rest in PF, not on the flop. You barely have 2.5 bbs left when you call here, yet another reason to put the rest in PF, the rest is up the flip of the cards.
