i didn't say it was. and as i said that's not the real issue. when i read the thread title i immediately knew that the "ethnic" group involved would be jews. i am smart and not pc. therefore, there is something to it. in conclusion, everyone involved acted like idiots.

when i read the title i thought there's no way that could possibly be an ethnic slur, and it clearly wasn't meant to be, but in this case it could possibly be considered borderline. there's a huge history of anti-semitism along the lines of "jews are cheap, will do anything for cash, etc.", so changing an obviously jewish name to a derogatory term for only caring about money is getting into dangerous territory. in other words, everybody's going way overboard but still, adam does have a point.
