Default So I have a big hand in the sb. Q4s

Donked up 40 game.

6 limpers to me in the sb. I complete with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], BB checks.

Flop:
K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I check, BB(horrible lag) bets, UTG raises, Mp(another bad lag) 3 bets, folds to me in the sb and I cap, BB calls, UTG folds, MP calls.

Turn:
3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I bet, BB calls, MP calls

River:
3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check, BB bets, MP raises...

Why didn't you just bet the river? No reason to believe someone had a set on the flop given the reads (bad LAGs). Just bet and call one raise (but probably fold if it gets raised and 3-bet behind you unless these guys are absolute maniacs). Checking forces you into this situation, because you know the two LAGgy players will try to squeeze you out.

Also, I would have led out on the flop but it probably doesn't matter much since this was bound to be an action hand either way.

I agree w/ Joker, I would have just bet the river and call one raise. Now you are in a sticky spot, and your hand may still be good. Wouldn't a lag give more action with a set before the river?
