Default Online BJ with live dealers

I'm curious about this. Ladbrokes.com offers $5 min/$500 max and $10 min/$1000 max BJ with live dealers. They use an 8 deck shoe, with a 4 deck penetration. BJ pays 3/2, dealer hits s17, double any two, split only once, and dealer has no hole card. You can basically watch the table as long as you want, and sit in mid shoe. Is this beatable using the Uston Advanced Plus/Minus count? At what count would you consider the deck to be very juicy?

That setup is very beatable. The problems I would consider are

1) The casino certainly knows about card counting. They likely have software analyzing your play. I would be surprised if weren't quick to bar you from live play if you wonged in on favorable counts.

2) I don't think ladbrokes operates the live casino portion, they contract that out to some 3rd party. You don't have a very good guarantee that the shoe is legit. They could easily remove 20 or so tens and replace them with extra 4s and 5s. With such crappy penetration, it would be difficult to detect such tampering. Such a shoe would produce very nice counts, but would give the casino a nice edge over any counter.

2) They do in fact have real casinos. Not sure how many, maybe just one, London Paddington Hilton=Ladbrokes casino and sportsbar

Not sure if the live dealers do their online thing from there, I can check it up and get back to this thread. I have a croupier friend in London. Same girl used to work in Dublin with the exact same thing (as e dealer) and she said its 100% legit. Not sure about the rules in Dublin

Do you lose all your bets on a double down or split if the dealer gets a blackjack, or only your original bet?

8 decks with 50% pen? I wouldn't waste my time.
First you have to wait and wait for a favorable count to develop within the first 4 decks -- then you have less than 3 decks to take advantage of the count before a shuffle. Your time would be better spent at a minimum wage job.
