As played, I think your river bet screams "call me!" Is he good enough to realize you are value betting a strong hand? If he is, maybe u should push to make it look like you missed your draw.

You don't have to pot it but 15 into pot over 100 is ridiculous. Bet around 2/3, then when he raises I'd probably just push. Or C/r enough to commit him and just shove turn.
