How do I stop doing "poker killer"?

If you are addicted, there is no such thing as a good session. You are either under control or not. Sounds like you are not. You should stop completely.

i do this as well, still win tho just not as high of a rate, find a hobby on the side that u like and can do instead during these times is the best way to avoid it

Instead of trying to figure out how to stop yourself from playing poker, figure out how to stop yourself from getting bored, angry, sleepy, and tired.
