as you dont have a club, no, checking here'd be bad. as long as your immage is good for anything, it will tell him you have the overpair here. hope he calls his QQ/KK tho.

Preflop is good, and obviously correct since you were called. I would just shove the first time and hope he donks off with whatever he has. If he folds, the next time I'm checking here because he most likely called IP to take it away on the flop.

i dislike checking any flop actually cause your range can be so easily narrowed to KK+.
if you wanna trap him youll have to smootchall pf.

Also, when an unknown calls your 4bet like this, its most of the time either some hand trying to "trap" you (kk a lot) or some hand like AK seeing if they hit. Since AK conservatively called preflop, they aren't going to bluff if they miss. On second thought, add in QQ waiting to see a safe flop of no A/K. Since QQ got it's flop, AK isn't going to bluff, and this could realistically be KK/AA, just shove.

I disagree with your statement, and there is also merit to checking a flop like QJK that has nothing to do with checking here. If villain is calling your 4bet preflop to take it away, he will try to take it away given the chance.

I doubt AK is bluffing his stack off very often, though I guess it could happen.

Usually KK/QQ gets his money in regardless of what you do here.

His PF raise reeks of AK. You shove because you want to blow out AK of clubs or charge it the absolute max and he's probably not going to push for you. If he has anything else (except the unlikely TT or 99), he's way behind when he calls, which he will with JJ-KK here. Good play.
