I scanned my ID and epassporte card at kinkos. It costs 40c a minute and it cost me $13 because the scanner took forever to warm up. You can also photocopy the IDs and then fax it. I think it'll be much cheaper. I did both, just to be safe. I got an email from them saying they received the documents and will respond after they are done their "investigation".

I think it is of your best interest to email them and get to the "security verification" stage because I think it is inevitable. You might as well get the ball rolling so this can get taken care of right away.

I also get the feeling that UB is doing this to a majority of its players, and that it is not random. I'm sure more people are experiencing this delay and runaround that have not seen this thread. I also agree that something is definitely going on with UB.

I was planning on depositing on Sunday for the Reload bonus, but not anymore. I don't want to stick more money in a site that is giving me the runaround when I want to cash out.

You guys are really missing the boat when it comes to leaving notes for the support person or whoever verifies the cashout. Note on my irst ever cashout from UB to epass about 2 weeks ago:

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to verify my withdrawal. My 2 year old unexpectedly got sick and I needed a little extra cash to pay the doctor bill. I'll be back soon!

[/ QUOTE ]

None of this is true. Feel free to get creative.

You know that's fine and all...but the point is it's YOUR money you shouldn't have to come up with a reason to withdrawal, they should give you your damn money, end of story.

I think you're going to find, if you try and cash out all your money from UB, thats when you get the security check. Don't cash it all out and it will probably go thru with no problems. I got flamed a couple weeks ago for posting and ranting about UB requesting ID for the FIRST time after playing there for over 3 years. It was the FIRST time I'd ever requested a full withdrawal, little less than $500. I decided to do a little test. I cancelled that withdrawal. Played a little over the next 2 days, about 100 hands total. Requested another withdrawal to epassporte, all my money except for $20. Guess what ? Went thru, never did send any documentation. Epassporte does a very good job of making sure you are who you say you are. In my personal opinion, no reason for UB to ask for documentation on a epassporte withdrawal. As I stated in the thread I started, I'm done with them.

This is not a full cashout. I still have over 2k left on there. If it weren't for their incredible bonuses, I'd probably be done with UB also. I'm just gonna wait a few more days, they've always come through EVENTUALLY.

I'm also awaiting an Epassporte cashout. Initiated March 20th for the measly $51 I had in there. Emailed support yesterday, but haven't heard anything.
