I'd actually lean towards the over in the UCLA/Kansas game, but I don't like it as well at 130 as I did at 129. Kansas plays a little faster than average and is slightly better on defense than offense, making them altogether a pretty average team in terms of totals.

That would make you think they'd be pretty close to UCLA's season average of 133. However, the fact that UCLA's had several blowout victories where they were dribbling out the clock late and the other team wasn't even close enough to foul would make you think that a competitive game might be even a little more high-scoring.

On, the other hand though, the teams are so evenly matched that they might be too close to foul down the stretch. I don't trust my totals analysis enough to make this marginal of a play, but I'd definitely lean over here. Might end up taking it for one unit later, especially if it goes back to 129.5.

Maybe a dumb question for some of the more experienced bettors, but is that extra point on the OSU under worth the extra juice for someone who can still use Pinny and get u135 for -105?

I lean the U130 because I think it will be too close and low-scoring to have a foul-fest at the end, but you never know. No bet yet.

Really don't believe in OSU. Back to back games they've looked kind of lousy.
Then again, MEM hasn't exactly been up against many studs like Oden this year. But I think they are playing better than the Xavier's and Tenn's who both pretty much had them beat before falling asleep somewhat.

Even if OSU wins there's a reasonable chance they don't put the Tigers away and they can still cover.


I think UCLA's wins have looked uglier than Kansas's wins.
Sure, evidently that's how UCLA likes to play. But I just can't believe in them too much.
Beating Pitt handily doesn't impress me either because I have never been impressed with them.
And that win against Indiana was UUUUGGGGLLLLLYYYYY.

I give more credit to Kansas's squeaker past a very tough Southern Illinois team and believe they are capable of playing the better game.
Also think that beating UK as they did was pretty solid.

ummm....I'm hedging. For those who have been following my picks, I have 8.8u to win 8u riding on the Big11Ten o7.5 wins. If Ohio State wins today, that bet wins. If they lose, the bet loses. I screwed up and bet too much on it as I explained earlier. I like the price on Memphis at SIA, especially when Pinny was +122 or something. Gives me a good chance to lay off the risk. If I wasn't previously invested, I might have still put a unit down at +135...it's a good price.
