fold to the $12...calling and folding to any other action probably isn't terrible.

Reads on BB, Button? In a nutshell i like your line. You are most likely toast when the button pushes into an protected pot.

why do you like a raise?

What hands could the SB and BB have that we have good equity over?

folding to the initial 12 is definitly bad.
as played seems OK, although i guess you could have raised more on the flop. Def fold to the reraise though.

edit: actually after thinking about it, just calling might not be bad either. Wait for a blank turn and bet. if BB leads or you get raised, i would just fold.

Lol at fold. This spot sucks though, I think call the $12 and fold to a raise looks ok.

lol at calling.

I think folding > calling > raising.

The only good thing about calling is that it's a dry side pot and you're not as likely to get bluffed off the pot.

BB might have called with the nut straaight since there's no flush draw which just means your K is no good. Plus if BB decides to bet the turn, you're [censored].

What's your equity right now against villain's ranges? We have [censored] reverse implied odds, our hand hardly ever getting better. The pot is getting big and there is an opportunity for more betting.

i agreed with folding > calling > raising

I would probably fold AA to a $12 intially bet in this situation in the future because of the reverse implied odds.

I don't mind folding in this spot for the $12 also.

but isn't it more likely that he's calling with a str8 draw, hoping other people will come in? If this is so, why would he bet into a dry board on the turn? with a drawing hand doesn't he want to keep as many people in the pot as possible? I think there's a very good chance that he's on a draw here, and his hand will become very defined by either a bet or check on turn.
I admit its also possible that he could have 2 pair, but wouldn't he want to raise that on this flop? I think this makes two pair less likely.
