Deposit fees
I want to deposit 5k UB and I don't want to pay any deposit fees. What are my options?

You probably do not have any unless you have a visa debit card that works there and then you would have to make a number of deposits to reach 5k. Click2pay might work if you had an account there. Probably the cheapest/easiest option though not free would be moneygram.

If you're not an American and can actually use Neteller you want pay any if you don't use instacash.

i heard about 3.9% fees. Are they charged only if u use instacash??
I just want to be sure they won't take something like 200$ from my 5 k before doint it. Could anyone clarify if thats right? It's my last question on this topic, i just hate getting ripped off. thx for helping me.
