I reraise preflop. As played call the flop, raise to about 65 on the turn, check through on river since his range is 2 pair and a set so you will only be getting called by hands beating you here.

Why do you reraise preflop? Barring reads, that's awful. I could understand if he were CO and you put him on a blind steal.
