Warning: Ultimate Bet isn’t a safe place to play!

I'm an Ultimate player since December, is a good place to play but a week ago Ultimate Bet blocked my money without a reason. I will explain: I was sick so I cannot play all time, so I’m playing the minimum possible and getting some new bonuses, so I receive an email from UB support about the Sunday Reload Bonus, I deposited there, so I received other bonus offers from Tiger Gaming, I read the user agreement and saw that I only can be withdraw after 48 hours of my last deposit. I wait and requested withdraw, so 2 days later I saw that UB cancel my requested and blocked my money.
I send an email asking about the blocked and UB send this:

In regards to your inquiry, your withdrawal was cancelled back to your Ultimatebet account as your withdrawal was not related to game-play.

Upon verification of your account, we noticed that you had deposited then withdrew immediately without minimal play.

In order to minimize fraudulent activity, please provide us with an explanation of the circumstances of this activity so we may proceed with your withdrawal request.

But is so strange that in the user agreement there is nothing mentioning that:

You may request to cashout and withdraw any or all of your Account Balance at any time after 48 hours of your last deposit and there is no requirement to play the Games in order for you to make such request

So I try many times getting my money back and UB don’t try to solve, only the support says all time that a supervisor will see about that. I suppose that I lost around 500 dollars to let my money blocked there.

What I did wrong? Why the site/software don't inform about that, if exist a limit to play. I play 4 hours and earn 27 UB points, and I still not received my money back to my account. If the withdraw process was wrong send my money back to me play again calmly.

I read only about 48 hours like Poker Stars, so this is not fair that UB are doing with me, because I'm only a player, not a financial gangster like UB staff are saying. I need my money back, because I'm sick and I'm playing less than normal trying only get a new bonus offers to play when I would be fine. I play since 2004 and I never have had a problem like this on others poker rooms. I read this:

So what the hell?

I will send an email to Kanahwake Gaming Commission and The Canadian Embassy and will explain that never the ultimate bet try to solve my problem, only put difficulties. Example: how I can play, if UB blocked my money? Why I would know about the rules if the website says, clearly that: ''You may request to cashout and withdraw any or all of your Account Balance at any time after 48 hours of your last deposit and there is no requirement to play the Games in order for you to make such request.''

I have afraid to let my money much time on poker rooms because I have had an account robbed by hackers and how I was sick, I was only to get bonus and save my money from Internet risks because I was sick and I did can play and open UB all time. So what I received from Ultimate Bet, only discrimination, inconveniences and wasted time.

What happened to the OP is standard. You can't just deposit and withdraw there without playing. UB is taking a hit in deposit fees from whatever funding source the OP used. They won't let him withdraw until he has done some play to cover the fees. UB is safe to play at. They don't have the best customer service but they are safe to play at and there rakeback + bonus + cashback for points is one of the best deals around.
