100NL Full Ring is weird

I've been trying out FR for a change of pace and I think my 6-max mentality has me overplaying my hands in some spots. Here are two hands from today.

Both 100NL on a stupid site so no HH and no reads or stats.

Hand 1 - Effective stacks $110

Villain limps MP, I raise to $4.50 in MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], folded to Villain who calls.

The flop is 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Check, I bet $8, Villain calls.

The turn is 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Check, I bet $21, Villain minraises. I basically never fold TPTK but I'm wondering how often an unknown villain does this with KQ in FR.


Hand 2 - Effective stacks $100

Folded to me in LP and I raise to $3.50 w/ A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Villain calls in the SB.

The flop is 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Villain bets $4, I raise to $14, Villain 3-bets to $61 in tempo. In 6-max my money is already in the pot but I suspect the average FR player is less apt to 3-bet semibluff draws and his range is weighted more heavily towards made hands. Am I still going broke with AA here?

yeah, TPTK is unfortunately not the nuts in FR like it is in 6-max. Fear the set miners.

Hand 1 is probably a fold; Hand 2 I'm still going broke readless.

I'm a 6-max player also. Anyway...

Hand 1 is a fold at 6-max against most players...

Hand 2 I go broke. At FR a lot of players don't re-raise JJ/TT/99. They wait for a low flop to put in a raise.

These are two tough spots there. Without info it is tough, as I always refer to vilain's agression factor in these cases. Hand 2 is a safe fold most of the time, as vilain will show you a set too often here.

Hand 1 is an awkward one as well. Usually I'll call + call a moderate river bet...but I guess it's a leak in my game.

I think you have to push this, and you're going to see KK-TT a lot of the time. And we have the backdoor FD for our sucking out needs.

i still stack off alot with ak on that board, but it depends on the player.

hand 1 fold quickly

hand 2 call. He has a pp weather or not it's an over pair or set or not............

hand 1-against some players I get this AI, but its probably a fold

hand 2-a pretty clear call IMO
