Weak ace OOP small pot.
Hi guys,
What's the best way to play this hand. 10 players 0,5-1,00 Hero is BB A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Button is 27/7,04/0,71 PF: Button calls, SB calls. flop: (3sb) A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 players Hero bets, Button calls, sb folds. Turn: (2,5bb) 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 players Hero??? Is betting the flop okay in a pot this small against few opponents? And if called, do I bet every street? |

What's the best way to play this hand. [/ QUOTE ] Bet until told otherwise. BTW: Is it agreed that I'd rather see a AJ7 flop then a A23 flop because there are more Ax combos left that I beat? |

[/ QUOTE ] No because you'll often chop against worse Ax with the 2 overcards to your kicker on board. Usually I would check the flop. There aren't many worse hands that will call you on this board, and often times the button will take a stab. However the button is passive and might not bluff. Still, I sort of want to give them a chance to catch up. |

omg a loose passive opponent called on the flop! you'd better c/f the turn.

I normally bet every street until I meet resistance. I was just wondering if this is the right thing to do in a pot this small. |
