In order to play the disrespect card, don't you have to have *earned* at least a little respect?

First of all I'm not even sure you need to be disrespected to play the disrespect card. Second most of the time these guys look at respect as what "experts" say about them (sometimes even one "expert"). Not if they ever earned or deserved respect.

I'm not playing it. I'm just saying the players can and hopefully will. At least if it will help them play better.
