You have to call. You have limited damage against what has you beat...and you got a bet from some hands trailing that are bluffing. If you check the turn, you have to call a moderate river bet. Had you bet the turn, you would have had to fold vs a raise.

What are his likely hands here?
33, 44, 55, 1010, AA, & A 10 beat you
66, 77, 88, 99, JJ, QQ, KK, K10, Q10, J10 are all probably calling that flop (given our villians stats)

I would call. It is way more likely you are in the lead.
