Default Hand from $10 final table

We are 7 handed, no reads on villain just started FT. I am second in chips 120k, blinds 1500-3000, all fold to me on BTN.
I raise QTo to 9000, SB calls quickly, BB folds.
Flop: Q42 no FD, pot aprox: 25k
SB pushes immediatly for 45k
Do I call here? would appreciate any help.

Also, what is with the Full Tilt rebalansing tables? I got moved from the button to UTG twice!?

I would fold. Doesn't seem like the type of hand that I want to play for 1/3 of my stack -- especially when I am in second place.

Seems like he's trying the good ol' Stop and Go. I call just as quickly as he pushed.
