Anybody know if this bonus (which I found on BW) is a sign up only or for first time IGMPAY deposits, or what?

Its for first time IGMPay deposits. You can do it after the first time sign up bonus.

Make sure you email support after depositing. This bonus doesn't show up automatically in My Account like other ones do.

Can europeans use IGMPay aswell, or only americans?

If you have used IGM as a withdrawl method at Party before does that make this bonus obsolete? I have never deposited through IGM but I have withdrew using it many times.
