Schaub to Texans?

Looks like it could happen tomorrow. The Falcons are moving in the opposite direction I hoped - sticking with an incompetent Vick and releasing Schaub. A couple second round picks are not worth it for the caliber of Schaub. Next season will be a disaster if Schaub excels as Vick continues to learn how to play quarterback. Yuck.

I love this reasoning from the Vick apologists.

So, in Vick's tenure in Atlanta we have had:

Receivers who can't catch
Head Coaches that don't know how to use Vick
OC's that don't know how to use Vick
OL's that can't block
Defenses that can't stop anybody
Fans that don't respect Vick

Did I miss anything?

Perhaps you see the trend? It always somebody else's fault. Imagine what the fans will think if Schaub outperforms Vick next season.

They were horrible before Vick got there and haven't really helped him much. I think he can be a good to very good NFL QB.

I'm not a Vick fan or anything, but two (probably high) second rounders for Schaub is sick value. It's a great deal for Atlanta.
